LAPD Agrees Officers Should Understand the Constitution
After a judge called out the LAPD for stretching the limits of the Fourth Amendment as part of an effort to clean up skid row, a police captain gives ground: "There's nothing wrong with us going back and making sure that our officers clearly understand the Constitution."
The LA Times reports on the settlement between the LAPD and the ACLU.
